  • Consultant to and subsequently selected to serve on board of $250MM company going through reorganization.   Led Board in Financial and Operational Restructuring through Chapter 11 Reorganization

  • Managed HR, payroll, 401-K and ancillary benefits. Created culture generating significant engagement with average employee engagement score in excess of 75% +, double the national average for these scores.  
  • Assisted in the startup of 15 new greenfield locations, 3 manufacturing plants, 27+      acquisitions.
  • VP Operations for 4 plants including injection molding and thermoforming technologies.  Supported launch of ~ 35 new products annually and improved quality through implementation of  shop floor data control system (SFDC), Statistical Process Control (SPC),  employee development and empowerment.    Plants operated 24/7 with over 900 employees.
  • Risk Management overseeing legal, insurance, workers comp, property and liability insurance programs, risk mitigation and claims management.
  • Capitalization Strategy to accommodate significant growth including two startups, two major accretive acquisitions and one divestiture.

  • Assisted startup entrepreneur with 5 year plan including  customer targets, sales funnels, KPI, financial plan, capitalization strategy and funding for this start up.
  •  Responsible for FP&A in two high growth organization over 26 years and execution of plans including integrating acquired operations

Representative Engagements

  • Turn Around - Fractional CFO for $5 MM nonprofit .  Identified area with contribution losses and further impacted by Covid - 19  Pandemic.  Developed a FY 2021 Turnaround Plan and budget with KPI's, weekly  managements reviews with projected financial results .  Changed from losses to contribution gains within 4 months and tools used to manage staffing based on demand metrics.  Assisted in recruiting and transition to new CFO.  Continues to serve on Board of this nonprofit
  • Launch -  We assisted in developing a list of opportunity targets, sales funnels, KPI, financial plan, capitalization strategy and funding for this start up.  We will serve on the advisory board going forward 
  • Evaluation - Assisted in market feasibility and strategic evaluation for powdered metal additive manufacturing company owned by PE firm. 
  • Recapitalization - Reviewed retailer operation and designed and developed location specific P&L along with fixed/variable breakeven, contribution analysis, corporate allocations, and fully loaded P&L’s. Advised on balance sheet restructuring.  Brought in new lender that has had a long term 12 year relationship with company.
  • Litigation Support  - Worked with counsel to support litigation and criminal actions in areas of theft and breach of contract
